The Reverse Search feature in Tactical Arbitrage allows you to run product-based searches using bulk product identifiers like ASINs, UPCs, ISBNs, or even product titles. This is especially useful when you already have a list of products and want to reverse-search their sourcing opportunities across supported retail websites.
This guide covers how to use the Products mode in the Reverse Search interface to search by codes and keywords.
To get started with a code or keyword-based search:
Navigate to the Reverse Search tool under the Search tab.
Click Find Products in the top right corner of your screen.
Select your search type and hit Next Step.
You can select Products to proceed with codes and keywords search.
Notes: At the top of the page, you’ll find three source options for Reverse Search:
Products: Use this option to search by ASIN, UPC, or keyword. Ideal for code-based reverse searches.
Sellers: To search based on brand names or specific storefronts.
Amazon: To scan by Amazon categories, departments, or curated pages.
You’ll then have two options: enter Specific product codes (like ASINs, UPCs, or ISBNs) or search using Keywords (like product titles).
Using specific product codes: You can enter your product codes in two ways:
Paste up to 100 ASINs, UPCs, or ISBNs directly into the search field.
Or click Use or upload a list to import a larger batch.
When you choose to upload, a window will appear. Click the Sample button in the top right to download a sample file format, or you can proceed with:
Drag and drop your file (supported formats: CSV, XLSX, XLS, XML)
Or import directly from Google Drive
Tip: Your file should include one column with a list of ASINs, UPCs, or ISBNs — up to 25,000 rows are supported.

Choose Websites: Include or exclude specific retailers based on your preferences.
Additionally, you can also add more filters to your search. These optional tweaks help ensure your results align with your business goals.
*Optional: Add a Search name to help you find it more easily later.
2. Once your list is uploaded and settings are configured, click Start Search.
Tactical Arbitrage will now search across your selected websites to identify sourcing opportunities for your bulk product list.
